Locuna Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

By inviting, using, configuring, accessing, or interacting with Locuna, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you use Locuna on behalf of a Discord server, community, organization, or group, you confirm that you have permission to configure or use Locuna for that server or community.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using Locuna and, where applicable, remove Locuna from your Discord server.

Locuna is a verified multipurpose Discord bot that may provide moderation, anti-nuke, anti-raid, server security, AutoMod, logging, ticket systems, transcripts, applications, friendly, football, lineup systems, music, giveaways, polls, AutoResponder, message tracking, leaderboards, utilities, welcome and farewell systems, role management, voice moderation, Roblox-related utilities, UNO, entertainment features, and server customization tools.

Features may be added, changed, removed, limited, temporarily disabled, or discontinued at any time.

You may use Locuna only if you are allowed to use Discord and comply with Discord's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, age requirements, and applicable rules.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Locuna is lawful in your location and appropriate for the Discord server in which it is used.

When using Locuna, you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, Discord's Developer Terms and platform rules where applicable, and any Discord policies relating to bots, automation, user safety, privacy, and abuse prevention.

Locuna does not permit use that violates Discord's rules.

You may use Locuna for lawful and legitimate Discord server management, moderation, security, community engagement, entertainment, automation, and utility purposes.

Permitted use includes reasonable use of Locuna's commands and features in accordance with these Terms, Discord's rules, and applicable law.

You must not abuse, overload, disrupt, exploit, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, bypass restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, attack infrastructure, use Locuna for harassment, spam, raids, illegal activity, automated abuse, excessive load, or malicious use of security and moderation features.

You must not attempt to obtain bot tokens, secrets, API credentials, private keys, internal endpoints, private infrastructure information, or other confidential information.

You must not submit malware, harmful links, exploit payloads, or content designed to damage Locuna, Discord, users, servers, or third-party systems.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for Locuna configuration, permissions, role hierarchy, staff access, logging settings, moderation settings, security settings, ticket and application questions, transcript access, AutoMod rules, AutoResponder content, message tracking, leaderboard settings, voice moderation settings, and informing server members where necessary.

Server owners and administrators should configure Locuna responsibly, avoid collecting unnecessary information, protect generated transcripts and staff-only information, and comply with applicable privacy, child-safety, consumer-protection, communications, and other relevant laws.

Locuna may provide moderation tools such as warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, timeouts, jails, quarantines, logs, and automated moderation rules.

Locuna provides tools to assist server staff. Locuna does not independently make all moderation decisions, and server staff remain responsible for choosing enabled features, reviewing automated actions where appropriate, setting fair rules, correcting mistakes, and handling appeals or disputes.

Locuna may provide anti-nuke, anti-raid, whitelist, lockdown, quarantine, and related server security features. These features are intended to reduce risk, but they cannot guarantee prevention of every raid, nuke, compromise, deletion, malicious action, permission mistake, or security incident.

Server administrators remain responsible for Discord account security, staff account protection, Discord permissions, role hierarchy, bot permissions, trusted staff access, and configuration review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locuna is not responsible for losses caused by misconfiguration, compromised Discord accounts, Discord permission mistakes, malicious staff, third-party outages, or attacks that Locuna does not prevent.

Locuna's music features may retrieve or interact with third-party platforms, links, search queries, audio sources, or content providers.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of music and external content is lawful and complies with applicable third-party terms, copyright rules, platform rules, and Discord policies. Locuna does not grant users rights to third-party content.

Users may submit or generate content through messages, commands, tickets, reports, suggestions, applications, giveaway entries, poll responses, game interactions, custom responses, server configuration, moderation reasons, staff notes, and attachments where supported.

You remain responsible for content you submit through Locuna. By submitting content, you grant Locuna a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, display, transmit, store, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested Service.

Locuna is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee that Locuna will be available at all times or that every feature will always work without interruption.

Locuna may experience downtime, maintenance, Discord API outages, hosting issues, database or cache issues, third-party service failures, rate limits, feature errors, temporary command failures, configuration issues, security incidents, or changes required by Discord or other platforms.

Locuna may be updated at any time. Commands, permissions, settings, outputs, dashboards, responses, and features may change without guaranteeing permanent backwards compatibility.

Where practical, significant changes may be announced through reasonable channels, but we are not required to provide advance notice for every change.

We may suspend, restrict, blacklist, disable features for, or remove Locuna from a user or server if we reasonably believe there is a Terms violation, abuse, security threat, Discord violation, fraud, exploitation, attempted damage, attempted access to private systems, excessive load, automated abuse, illegal activity, malicious use, or conduct creating legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

We may also disable or restrict features to protect Locuna, users, servers, infrastructure, or third-party services.

Locuna may offer paid, premium, subscription, donation-linked, or upgraded features in the future. Unless explicitly stated by Locuna, no premium service is currently promised by these Terms.

If paid services are introduced, additional payment terms, billing terms, refund rules, cancellation rules, and provider terms may apply. Those terms should be reviewed before purchase.

Locuna's name, branding, original code, website, graphics, original documentation, configuration systems, and original bot content are owned by their respective owner or developer unless otherwise stated.

Discord trademarks, Discord branding, third-party platform names, music platform names, Roblox-related marks, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Locuna does not claim ownership of Discord, Discord trademarks, or third-party content.

Locuna depends on Discord and may interact with third-party APIs, websites, content sources, infrastructure providers, hosting providers, analytics systems, or other services where necessary for specific features.

Third-party services may change, fail, restrict access, impose rate limits, remove content, or update their own terms and policies. Locuna is not responsible for third-party service availability, content, policy changes, or failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locuna is provided on an as is and as available basis.

We do not warrant that Locuna will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every security threat will be prevented, that every moderation action will be correct, that every configuration will remain available forever, that all data will be retained or recoverable, that third-party services will remain available, or that Locuna will meet every server's requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locuna and its owner, developer, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, messages, configuration, server access, roles, channels, or community activity.

This limitation includes claims relating to bot downtime, lost configuration, lost messages or data, moderation mistakes, automated moderation actions, security incidents, raids or nukes, incorrect permissions, role hierarchy issues, compromised Discord accounts, third-party outages, Discord outages or API changes, staff actions, feature misuse, deleted channels, deleted roles, deleted messages, ticket handling, transcript handling, music failures, or external content failures.

Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Locuna, its owner, developer, operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of Locuna, your violation of these Terms, your violation of Discord rules, your violation of applicable law, content you submit, your server's configuration, your moderation decisions, your handling of user information through Locuna features, or your infringement of third-party rights.

This section does not apply where prohibited by law.

Locuna is not Discord, is not operated by Discord Inc., and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially partnered with Discord Inc. unless expressly stated by Discord.

Discord trademarks and branding belong to their respective owners.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will include a new Last Updated date.

Continued use of Locuna after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using Locuna and remove it from your server where applicable.

You may stop using Locuna at any time. A server owner or authorized administrator may stop using Locuna by removing the bot from the Discord server.

Individual users may stop interacting with Locuna commands and features, subject to Discord server rules and any data already created through server configuration.
